FAS Lumber Specs: FAS is the highest grade of lumber. FAS grade is considered premier lumber. Boards yield 83%-100% clear, without many knots. Costs more than Common. Cleaner look and feel. "Clear" refers to the absence of knots, splits, checking, pith, stain, and defects, etc.

Common Lumber Specs: Common provides more of a rustic look and feel. Cheaper than FAS. Provides clear cuttings of medium length and width. Includes boards that yield from 66%-82% clear.

Each bundle is carfully wrapped, secured, and protected to ensure the boards arrive in excellent condition, with crisp profiles and clean surfaces ready for installation

We have options for exteriors as well! Tongue & Groove paneling is often associated with interior walls and ceilings, but when properly installed, it can perform just as well on exterior applications.

Interlocking Joints - The T&G profile creates a tight, interlocking joint that helps limit water penetration. The profile encourages water to drain downward rather than sit in the joint.
Structural Stability - Because each board locks into the next, T&G paneling resists shifting and warping better than many flat-edge boards. This is valuable on exteriors where temperature swings and moisture exposure are constant.
